Market and Museum Days
Join us and step back in time as you shop local merchants. This is the only market on an actual farmstead. Explore history and shop local vendors all under 150 year old trees. Open January 29, Feb. 26, March 26, April 30, May 28, June 25, July 30, August 27.
Old Fashion Christmas Festival
Step back to a simpler time. A time where family was most important. Strolling through various vendors and sampling new foods. Listening to children sing as you kick off the Christmas season. See how Christmas traditions of our founding families developed and stroll 8 acres of holiday spirit.
Candle Light Tours
Stroll through the town of Big Cypress on Christmas Eve 1880, 1920, 1930, and 1943. Experience the traditions of the families who first settled the Big Cypress area as you step into their stories and their houses.

As a non-profit, we subsidize nearly 100% of our programming, which means we need your support to help us do what we do best—like caring for livestock, running workshops throughout the year, and training a new generation of Youth Volunteers to carry the spirit of our mission far beyond our fences.
